WestYorksRoyal Did we try and go for Ballard? An example where being willing to pay a bit of a fee makes sense - Orient have a great player but also valuable asset on their books.

Rumours were we were interested at the time. Massive missed opportunity if we did have a shot at getting him in

The gamesmanship and timewasting in our games (from both teams) has become so gruesomely tiresome.

Ballard again. Ffs

Yes, yes he was. Elaborating a bit more, he was averaging about 1 goal in 3 and was improving the more he played.

Another ******* miserable ******* afternoon at Brisbane Road.

Another 2 weeks off and naff all homework seemingly done on the way they play or how to shut off “5 goal” Ballard. What do they do on these breaks

Thank god we don’t have any more games against them this season. Doing Barnsley next week is now a non-negotiable MUST.

He's obviously making it look like a huge error not bringing him in, but after looking good for us and getting nasty injury that ended his season, he then did very little at both Blackpool and Cambridge the following season. So it's not like he was a certainty or anything.

He's absolutely bossed our defence today. Perfect touch to put Dorsett on his arse and go 1v1, and when you've already had the ball in the net four times, you're not missing on of them.

Someone needs to talk to Kyerewaa about his finishing and get him to stop just flashing at everything as hard as he can... place the oxf*rd thing and stop blasting it high and wide.
