Rusty royal Just hope it's a good game, as it will be the first game I've been to for 3 seasons due to ill health. Not allowed to get stressed thus we need to win by at least 6   May even get along to the mad stad before the end of the season :D

May I be the first to welcome you and wish you (and us) luck?

Sorry I can't wish you a calm and uneventful game, because I'm going too and I would love to be going totally mental at the end....

ill be missing the game as ill be on an epic 19 hour journey home

but i fully expect to return home to news of a fantastic 2-1 away win
doyle and matejovsky for us, some over priced primadonna for them

dont let me down boys

right, back to the hotel room for a hot tub

did i mention-look at me!?

You are about 30 minutes away from me bw. Enjoy your stay! This is not typical California weather, so don't judge us by the latest drenching.

My prediction:
If we play 4-4-2 and go at them: Reading 3 - Chelsea 2.

If we go 4-5-1 and try to use the traditional pack it in strategy on the road against a massive opponent then:
Chelsea 1 - Reading 0

Please Sir Steve, attack!!!

cheers

much better weather today
i have a sun burnt forhead
am loving it here by the way
just gorgeous

6 points over the next few days leaving the doom mongers sheepish, and the RTGB triumphant please....

Hmm those RTG's were always going to be shining from the bright-lights of California!

Come on lads, play your hearts out and go at em' - I think we can get something out of this one. A win at best and at the worst a narrow defeat filling us with confidence for the rest of the season.

Now is the time to start some momentum going - come on urzzzzz!!!!

Chelsea are very solid at the moment, not letting in many goals at the back.

We may well play bloody brilliant again but i can only see a 2-0 loss.

I dont expect anything from the game, but the result i'd like woul be a 1-1 draw.

Anelka for them first half, we play a typically attacking 2nd half, almost getting caught out on a few occasions, then in added time Matejovsky plays the ball into Kitson who is brought down in the area, Hunt steps up and slams it home!!!!!! Lol, well we can dream.

I would love a repeat of the game last yr when Lita scored a cracking header and Cole and Essien cocked up. One of the most enjoyable games I've ever seen.

1-1, Ingimarrson

Daniella

3-1 chelsea. Another defensive slump by our back four of clumsy wobbles.

Oster in first 11. No kitson, not even on bench

Sidwell on bench for them. Anelka and SWP start
