I think they're a bit like Yeovil. They have a green kit and they're not very good.

T-Rex
Readingfanman Wasn't there 1500ish Reading fans there 2 years ago when Reading won 2-0 and Plymouth hardly had a chance?
Oh. There was?
I see.

1000, at a push. When you were top of the league by miles and unbeaten in yonks.
So lets see, both attendances were around 16k.So thats...
Hmm....
on aggregate...
19k Argyle fans vs 13k Reading happy clappers
Bigger club...PAFC

Mad Stad : 16836
Yokel Park : 14020
Unbeaten in yonks, yes. Top by miles? Don't think so, we only went top three days before.
"Bigger club"
RFC are not viewed by anyone as a big club............but they're bigger than PAFC will ever be. Mind you, we've never won the Cornwall FA County Shield, so I suppose he has a point.

T-Rex -Have you ever touched yourself whilst thinking about Mickey Evans scoring at your home end?
I'm confused, is home end a euphanism?..... If so, then the answer is obviously yes, who hasn't?

Thanks for the cheer up.

Plymouth could one day make it to the prem. But I bet we get back first. I dislike this big club small club bollocks. We're now a fair sized club and if we can stay towards the top 10 of the Championship or higher for a few more years we will undoubtedly be bigger than Plymouth barring a miracle of promotion for them.

One thing that isn't open for debate is that for the last 3 years we have been well out of their league in terms of quality. Most of the time literally. We were quite a lot better than them before that too.

:P

T-Rex ...from generally giggling at your relegation today despite a fine win against League Two side Derby, I was left to ponder a few things...

-Has your rubbish away support improved since we last saw all 500 of them happy clap their way to and from Home Park?
-Are you looking forward to 4000 Greens descending upon your rubbish town to watch Argyle take three points from you again?
-Have you ever touched yourself whilst thinking about Mickey Evans scoring at your home end?

Discuss...

Thats right. You support a team that lost to Reading aftere being 3-0 up with twenty minutes to play....some team Plymouth.

T-Rex Paul Wotton.

A club legend. We got to a level where he wasn't quite good enough, so released him.

What a great way to treat a 'legend'

Hello Mr T-Rex, you poor excuse for a woordsmith...

...we maybe down but the writing was on the walll for a while. With this will will bounce straight back. You see although we made mistakes and I was the frequenetly around to point them out, I see that our manager Steve Coppell has reflected on this with some of his post-relegation comments and we willl hopefully move forward with him.

Either wayyy...

I do noot know who Poo Wotton played for, apart from perhaps a team of Enid Blighton characters or even a village for retired war heroes called Plymouth. But mark these words...

...the next year will simply be an extended break away from the land of better TV coverage and final page of newspapers for RFC.

...next year will be simply a training session for a period of many matches before we enter the Premiership and regain our place with lessons learntt and a place for the future.

In 2008 we weree in the Premiership, in 2009 we will be after an extendedd break after beating a few pub teams like yourself.

I believee in RFC and I willl enjoy your apology of which I will be PM'ing you to ensure that you know, that I knoooww, that we whoooped your sorry team.

Before you can compare to RFC, you neeed to have achieved something in recent years apart from mid-tablee finishes. If alll that you have achieved is supporters liek you, then I suggest you hop back onto your Sunshine Holiday bus, day out is over.
