Schards#2 If the club took the competition seriously, i'd be quite excited by this.

They don't.

How can you say that? It's a manager's decision, and Coppell has gone. Our squad is a little delicate, and so I can imagine we really need to protect a few players, but Brendan is someone that wants to win. I don't think we can say the club doesn't care.

Saints at home for me.

BR doesn't really have a choice but to play our strongest side.
We need to continue to build and gel our best XI for the league and the cups are prime opportunities.

Shame we won't get many of those opportunities though - as usual.

Oxford away would see me ripping my cock off in anticipation right the way through til the first weekend of 2010 8)

Failing that, somewhere which could promise a decent day out. Somewhere that's fairly straight forward on the train, i.e. Birmingham, York, Manchester, London (Fulham ideally) etc

Or somewhere I've not been before...

The draw is at around 4pm on Sunday. Live on ITV 1 after their coverage of Leeds thrashing Kettering.

Reading will get the standard non-entity game like Barnsley/Swansea/Scunthorpe/Palace/Derby etc. away

ManU and Aston Villa will most likely draw each other as well

ITV will probably go to an ad break half way through....

Away to someone like Huddersfield please. It would be interesting to see how we would cope with their attacking style.

For me it would have to be someone up here away. Cieth/United/Bolton.

Anywhere in the North would do to be honest. When are the games?

Home tie to a lowly team please, this team needs some wins to get some confidence flowing. Same in R4, we dont need the weekends spare we need to keep playing.

Archie's penalty Most exciting would be a big club at the Madejski but we know that's not going to happen.

Accrington Stanley or Barnet
Forest Green Rovers
Brentford
York City (for revenge)
Carlisle United
Colchester United
Lincoln City
Oxford United or Barrow
Huddersfield Town
Staines or Millwall
Tranmere Rovers or Aldershot Town
Swindon Town

Any of those away please. Failing that, anyone at home.

Yep then we would get coverage (and we are better away).

Why am I so excited? :? Could it possibly the fact that it's a grim Sunday?
