Update.

Brighton seem to be getting excited about their run of draws.. sorry...unbeaten run. They seem to think our 33 game run is in their sights. They haven't won a game by more than 1 goal all season. In their dreams.

More importantly 106 watch currently reads:

Team - Max Points

Boro - 118
Brighton - 118
Derby - 116
Hull - 116
Burnley - 110
Ipswich - 109
Cardiff - 108

Burton - 119
Coventry - 114
Walsall - 117
Gills - 113
Peterborough, Wigan - 111
Bury - 110
Milwall, Southend, Bradford - 109

N'ton - 118
Oxford, Accrington - 116
Plymouth - 115
Pompey - 112
Carlisle - 109
Mansfield, B Rovers - 108
L Orient - 107

It's something I keep saying about Brighton, they are somehow making being unbeaten 20 games in look rubbish. If you'd told me a team would be unbeaten 20 games in I'd expect them to be running away with it, not 2nd.

It's interesting* that you could go unbeaten all season and theoretically still go down, 46 points is usually enough to be in serious trouble.

So, Brighton's unbeaten run comes to an end a long way short...

Pretty sure I heard BBC News going on about "Brighton setting a new record of 21 Championship games unbeaten"

Do they not know that we went 33 unbeaten in 2005-06?

Potentially, it could be a record from the start of the season.

Hungover & needed cheering up, so read NSC after their loss.

One of them just said "we are the most modest fans in the league" without a hint of irony.

Tbh as much as I'll get flamed for this, most of their fans expected the run to end much sooner than it did.

Some of our lot bemoan players/managers for "not cutting it in the premier league", and talk about Europe, seemingly forgetting that we are one of the smaller clubs in the division bellow.

Brighton are still arse pcunts though and I'm glad they got dicked* at home.

*Actually they probably enjoyed it.

Donr think lower leagues should count anyway. Its a championship record.

Getting 106 points in league 2 is clearly not the same achievement

Why don't you give it a go if you think it's so easy.

genome Concerned by Boro.

Yep, they are still going strong, played 25 with 55 points, (w17 d4 l4).

21 games left with 63 points still available. Will need them to drop 13 points in 21 games to keep our record.

16 wins 3 draws 2 defeats would see them finish on 106.
15 wins 5 draws 1 defeat equates to
15 wins 4 draws 2 defeats equates to 104.

Maintaining their current form from 1st 25 games gives

14 wins 4 draws 3 defeats (-ish) for 101, or more optimistically
15 wins 3 draws 3 defeats for 103.

Could be tight.
