Friday was without a doubt a couple of classes above anything else Reading have every had.

He was skillful, hard, loved to entertain and could get off the pitch after a game and into the pub before most of the crowd!!!

Though not most of the pubs near the ground as he was barred for being a nasty, p*sshead pikey tw*t

I stand corrected, you must have known him a lot better than me!!!!!!!!

crossie I love Marek. I think he gives us a bit more pace and vision, reminds me of a nicer Sidwell.

Marek is way better than sidwell.
Also a bit less ginger

Two VERY different types of player. Marek is very skillfull with an eye for a pass. Sidwell is solid and very driven. If Marek could toughen up a bit and realise he hasn't got quite as much time on the ball as he wants, he'll be a real gem for us.

you really hate him dont you

Its more railing against the "oh what a cheeky lad" hero worship that goes on. Mixed in with annoyance at the waste of God-given talent

readingbedding We haven't had too many players with the same footballing ability as Marek, all of them left, he'll leave too.

They all do...

Just as shame that Marek's stay will only last a few games.

It would have been nice to see him play a full season for RFC as he is obviously a different class.

If only Sidwell was still here. Imagine a Marek Sidwell combination. :x

I'm not sure if Mr Sidwell and Mrs Matejovsky would be up for it though - and we'd have to wait about 20 years.

I find it utterly incomprehensible that MM has not started the last 2 games. He is without doubt the best player in the squad.

That is all.

You can't question Steve Coppell's wisdom though, remember that. He hasn't started so there must be a very good, footballing, reason.

Matejovksy should have started today, we looked a far better team with him on. He must play against Derby as he has the Premiership class to unlock their defense. Not that that will be enough.....

Even if they do it may not be enough.

Plus Bolton have just scored at Sunderland.

Ok.. if sunderland draw, now highly unlikely.. then Bolton will lose next week seeing as they're playing chelsea, leaving them on 34 points, and us (hopefully) on 36

Or Fulham could lose to Pompey (also unlikley as they'll be playing a weakened side)

However I think we may just have enough to stay up (look at me being all optimistic)
