PEARCEY Did I say it was? I said it reminded me of it.

By being not at all similar? How bizarre, is it coz he Welsh?

The finishes were decent good quality finishes, nothing more. The impressive thing is the composure and the play to get into the position to receive the ball with space for the second. As I said, the defender assumed he'd go outside and moved that way (before Church even touched the ball), leaving Church acres of room to play the ball inside with his first touch. Straight, I may add, towards the goal.

Diasgree. There are similarities. The finish certainly is as is the way he went past a defender.
Oh and yes they are both Welsh.

What impressed me with that goal was how he drew away from his defender, then made the diagonal run....fantastic movement and a great finish.

This crop of 19 year olds continue to amaze me.

Yes he is Archie...and he is only 17. He should be playing for the Welsh senior team as he is ready.

Listening to the game on 5 Live. Hope that Simon Church is given a chance. Is his loan for the season or until the end of the year? Should give him a bench in the 3rd round of the cup and that he shows us that he has something a bit different to the rest.

Hasn't his loan finished?

So Church has scored 75% of all Welsh U21 goals against England. Not bad.

Very, very good game. The Welsh were unlucky. Ramsey is a wonderful player and Church's goal was very good.

Excellent contest.

He's on loan at Wycombe. He played for the reserves last year.
