Cripple Creek Sorry if this has been asked before but I can't find a similar request around - is there a link from which I can watch this live (I live in Oz). As is obvious I am very wet behind the ears when it comes to internet thingymebobs, my only excuse being that I'm probably much older than most on here.
Thanks.

its listed on here, http://www.wiziwig.tv/competition.php?p ... e=football

When you open a window expecting the game to watch there will be a load of bullshit ads displaying free women and penis extensions (both of which I have explored with little success), generally they obsure your view of the game and when you try to close them then other windows will appear by themselves. Battle through adversity, clear these other screens and if the site isn't stable then try another link. When you find a site that works try it for other games, as a reliable site is like gold dust.

I'm saying all this as I too am not such a spring chicken and I also live abroad, so it's not so easy to catch a game. Us being promoted has facilitated everything so much, however now the locals can actually watch the sacred RFC, so. Find myself having the piss taken so much more.

maffff Are we expecting Federici back from injury btw?

I see Roberts and Kebe are 'close' like always.......

Don't think he's made it, likely to be McCarthy, hopefully he'll do as well vs Spurs as he did against Everton and Citeh

CayeneMatt
grey_squirrel
Royalclapper AVB to be sacked by Christmas.

I obviously hate to say this but I think it is more likely McD *could* be ahead of him in the queue

You're joking right? We could finish bottom on 20 points and I doubt BM would get sacked. Though given his character, I'm pretty sure he'd walk in the unlikely event of us doing really badly.

Apologies for straying way OT.

Unfortunately if we are struggling at Xmas then McD will be gone. Anyone who thinks otherwise is just naive.

Tbh I am a bit frightened about today, its a whole new level now, yes we did well at Chelsea and were unlucky, but it needs to be a case of consitency and puuting in the same performances game after game.Gareth Bale could tear us a new arsehole down the flank. with a heavy heart 3-0 Spurs

Probably our first real outing against lightening quick pace, which will test our defence to the full.

I'm fully expecting the possession, shots and corner stats to be stacked highly in Spurs favour. Hopefully we deploy the quick counter attacking pass to feet football and nick one or two at the other end.

Heart says 2-1
Head says 0-3

2-1 to us, They've had an awful start and we should be on 4 points right now.

http://thefirstrow.eu/ If you want to watch the game, Install ad-blocker first, its horrendous. They show every match on the weekend, thanks to FA's rules all the 3pm games are shown in America but not here, so they're all available to stream.

Also, have I missed something, why would McD be getting sacked? Are we expected to be mid-table?

Too close to call, too many imponderables. Their pace against our grit. Our settled side against a team not really knowing themselves, their attack frightens the life out of me but their defenece is nothing special ,today could define our season beat Spurs would be like beating Middlesboro in 2006. Lose and we face a tough struggle.

My forecast 4-1 to us or 1-4 to them. Which with my forecasting skills means a 1-1 draw.

Having earlier predicted 4-1 to Spurs I have a feeling that it's going to be one of those cazy days like the 6-4 at their place.
Everybody happy (almost) apart from the two managers after watching an attacking game riddled with defensive mistakes and IIRC that was televised as well.

1-3, sad to say, but biggest fear is that this bad early start to the season will hasten us down the slippery slope.
