FiNeRaIn Rubbish goal, poor defending and keeping. One of the sloppiest of the season. Sat in north stand bored

if thats true then you need to take a long hard look at yourself
- sitting down?
- using you're mobile phone?
- bored?

proper gimp!

Not that I have to justify myself to a fan not even at the game. But I was sat in the north stand not by choice amongst a row of empty seats. I didn't enjoy the experience there at all compared ot the east. The only good thing was the view int he second half when we were attacking. The first goal was so bad it was almost a joke though, standard header, woeful marking and how that squirmed through federici I don't know. Game over after that against the best defensive side in the division and their defence was top notch throughout. Very impressed with their back four other than ryan taylor who needlessly conceded a few corners.

Archie's penalty 5live said we controlled the game.

Listened to the game on 5live sports extra. Whilst thats true to an extent i think it was just about the right scoreline. Feds mistake being cancelled out by Nolan hitting the post when it sounded as if he should have scored. Dont think we created quite enough chances to deserve a 2nd goal imo.

Just a bit disappointing, sounded like a game we could have got something from, and with bryns injury as well

Tbh you can't really comment on the game unless you were there. We deserved a point at least...

Atmosphere was awful in the north.loads of new families.no one clapping or singing till the end. Not knowing how to use the entry gates. I scared a small boy while booing.

Good atmo in the East. Newcastle fans were poor.

Yeah I hate the North stand. Last few times, we have got tickets around y25 just by buying them from the stadium and not on the website. Great singing every match, standing up and I always bump into a few mates around there.

doesnt make much difference to the general atmosphere if its just Y25 who do anything.
these families and other jonny come latelys need to take a long hard look at themselves, and seriously consider sitting in the west stand.

It wasn't that bad Brendy although I was peed off missing the first five minutes because of the queue outside gate 6 because some muppet couldn't use his card properly.

Last time I checked, you could use other turnstiles.

But isn't that something that you wouldn't expect to figure out until at last you're at the head of the queue --on a crowded nite, it's worth noting-- and ask why the delay, and comes the response something like "Eh, some numptyoxf*rd couldn't figure out how to use his card"?

Whereupon you slap your head and say "I really should've said oxf*rd this and just gone to the next turnstile"

The turnstile closest had a long queue as well so I'm buggared if I'm staying in one long queue and then go to the back of another one.
For all the busier games this season we have got in pretty quickly. This time around we got to the ground just as the game was about to kick off due to the M4 being a nightmare and loads of tossers queue jumping on the inside lane. I always leave home allowing plenty of time to get to the ground...left at 5:30pm for an 8:00pm kick-off.

it ruddy well was.
the worst atmosphere since the last time the ground was filled with people whod never been before.
probably liverpool.no one singing, clapping or doing much of anything.
i honestly had to wait to get back to my seat because some family had their pic nic out in the aisle, and spent ten minutes picking up the thermos flask, and nibbles before i could sit down.

& lol at all the idiots trying to wave their smoking tickets under the scanners at half time.

I have been in most parts of the ground Brenders and didn't think it was so bad although we were close to the drummers admittedly.
I was certainly chanting and giving the ref some grief. Not all of us were like mice and overall I thought as fans we made a lot of noise and much more so than Noocastle.
