Forest Home - Predictions

by URZZ » 18 Aug 2010 15:18

Midweek, maybe a bit early but thought I'd get the ball rolling.

http://www.forestforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=20688

Forest are seeming pessimistic in their own thread. Both us and them have had similar starts to the season and will be wanting to get a win on the board.

It's Reading, therefore it's a draw.
Lol.
Reading 2 - 0 Forest

no Pratley, no Whittingham, no new signings at all. We will lose, we'll prob go in 4-5-1 with a mid of cohen, mckenna, moussi, majewski, tyson.

The pressure will mount and fans will start questioning Billy.

1-0 defeat

After today I'm not looking forward to going to this one at all.

They may be hungry after drawing with Leeds, will our slow central defence struggle with the pace of Blackstock and Earnshaw?

I'm going for a 2 - 1 win to Forest shamefully.

I think we'll draw 2-2.

Kebe, Sig Pen

Earnshaw, Majewski

Something scrappy 1-0, 2-1 or 1-1 will probably be the scoreline, I doubt we'll steamroller them.
Hope Mills is fit, and Pearce plays as well as he did against Pompey.

2-1 Reading. Even with Bertrand they're not as confident as they were last season.

If they use their quick mobile forwards in the right way, we will get done about 3-1.
I sincerely hope I'm wrong, and get battered for this post all next week.

Not very confident about this game. Blackstock and Earnshaw quick strikers. Pearce and Mills/Gunnarsson Slow defenders. We are almost guarenteed to concede.

Reading 1-2 Nott'm Forest
Hunt 73 Earnshaw 8,28

Carefully calculated that I must say, although I'd give the initial 20 to Gylfi if anyone.

its not about assigning random numbers to your favourite players, this is a straight up prediction, with goal numbers from a dream i had.

If we defend like we did for the first 45 minutes against Pompey then I'm going for a 4-1 defeat. Earnshaw is a lot better than any of the Pompey strikers were so we could be in real danger. However if Mills plays instead of Pearce and we magically sign a decent centre back, I would go for a 1-0 win
