I even like his song. Although maybe not the rendition.

Reading are leading the race for Le Fondre, good bid on the table, Coventry still interested #RUFC

McFadden has never been very prolific but is proven at the higher levels but will want PL wages I assume (probably 20K per week).

Waghorn has not really proved himself yet - has potential but again is not prolific. Will cost 1M plus I would expect and most likely 10K per week.

Le Fondre is more prolific be it at a lower level and I cannot see us paying him more than say 5K per week. I think if it were me I would choose him out of the three.

Waghorn though is also available on loan - or so someone mentioned/quoted earlier.

I'd still prefer Alf tho. Natural finisher similar to Curo, Phillips.. Yes please!! Get it done!

On football rumours website - which is a load of made up rubbish

I dont think many rumours on there come true - could be surprised though.

Why bid £900k when £500k would get him.........

My thoughts exactly! Only Leicester City would fall for that one!

Exactly. They want £500k and even if a bidding war started they wouldn't double their money when he's free in 9 months.

Can't believe people still quote that for a source of information. Tredder and I made a few up a few years ago and they got into the Post and some of the red tops.

So Heston and Nicky can call in for a chat with him on their way to Hull, just need to get a fee agreed asap.

Be interesting to see if he lines up against the Gills at home tomorrow, or if he has picked up one of those 'mysterious' injuries..The RFC team coach can then collect him on the way back from Hull and the medical can take place on Sunday...

Post on Rotherham board:

Reading would be a great move for him. They need a goalscorer to play alongside Simon Church

KEBEISTHEGREATEST Everyone listen... We are not going to buy anyone. McDermott said that we were going to buy to please the fans.. Even if we do buy a player which is a rarity it will either be a free agent or a £50,000 signing.

KEBEISTHEGREATEST We are going to sign Gorkss either today or tomorrow for around £800,000.
We are then going to sign Baldock.

KEBEISTHEGREATEST Bid has been accepted.

A fountain of inside knowledge....

I can't take credit, Royal Rother found the older ones.

I just thought it was amusing.

We may be in the driving seat but think that if a Northern based Champ club come in for him he'll go there.
