M-U-R-T-Y Mariappa would be great, I remember Newcastle having a series of bids rejected in January.

The same Newcastle whose big summer signing has been someone whose name isn't worth remembering on a free from a French second tier team. Yeh, 'great'...

It's only May.

Extended-Phenotype oxf*rd this sh/t. We sign a player who isn't even going to get into the first team.

How is that 'meltdown' news?

So, a free transfer back-up winger and some tit from Watford. It's fun being a rich club.

I agree; I've withdrawn my welcome to our new Russian overlords, and have burnt by fur hat in protest at this shambolic lack of big name signings.

Maguire
mr_number Going back to the takeover process, is anyone concerned that Anton appears to look like a spacker when he celebrates?

More practice before next year please, big man.

Textbook double gun flex, fair play to the guy.

Nah, this looks like a camp guy at a disco than a double gun flex.

Mariappa would be a great signing and will get into our starting 11 more often than not.

Don't forget our roots people, 6 months ago we couldn't have dreamt of signing someone of this quality, some people should stop acting like spoilt kids who only started watching football in 2003

If he signs, i'd be delighted.

Selling Carroll for £35million and replacing him with Ba on a free is a Hammond level coup
