Karacan had concussion I believe so he would have to miss one match!
Tabb has injured his rib so will definitely miss Friday's game

PLAYING an unfit midfielder = 50-80%

Playing a good sub = 85-99%

Tabb is a very decent sub.


Karacan, post a heavy knock, played at Peterboro "going through the pain barrier"
and wasn't at his best (the whole side was off colour)... See how a player is spare
forthe knock-back goal with Karacan jogging into the picture too late.



(a) Karacan played 55 Minutes.
(b) Tabb is an excellent sub for Karacan and has played c. 1,000 minutes this season
(c) When Tabb himself was replaced (after a brilliant challenge/pass) it was by our team captain who often plays central midfield
(d) WHU were already dispirited and demoralised, and losing 3-1 at that point, but they DID then score.

Connolys injury was serious, ligament damage would be my guess. He won't play again this season.

Someone else suggested, on this thread or another I can't be arsed to check, Mullins is also injured. Would have thought he'd have been on the bench ahead of Tabb against West Ham if he wasn't.

Never thought I would hear myself type this but happy Karacan *will* start on Friday and (possibly) without Tabb and Mullins, Sifka on the bench won't be such a bad impact thing after 60 if we need him (to dive, sorry, win a pen! )
