blueroyals McD was on saying that Pearce was dropped for Morrison because Pearce rejected a new contract and Morrison didn't. Dellor 'did his nuts' at the thought of Pearce rejecting a contract and Ady had a dig at the club saying that they don't value their players.

That is an absolute farce.

Pretty much. Underlines what has been p*ss poor man management by the club already this season.

And just imagine if Arsenal had the same idea with van Persie last year. We are cutting off our nose to spite our face.

We keep giving the ball away in attacking areas without creating any chances.

Tabb doesn't seem to know what to do when Reading have the ball. He just stands there looking at the ball.

This ^^ why not just use Pearce to our advantage until January. Still paying him, so might as well get our monies worth out of him until he can leave.

We have so many chances to make quick 10 yard passes, but we just chip it down the channels.

We're so slow in possession and seem out of ideas already.

Exactly, he is our best defender and a good leader. We are letting in goals for fun, get him in and let him play his football and leave the contract issues away from the team.

Also, Roberts goes balls deep to get every decision  .
