As I said before the game, he was told he was on the bench and he threw a paddy. Our midfield is utter shit and still McDermott wont pick him, regardless of his quality.

Fair play to Danny. He is obviously frustrated and maybe he is doing this cause he cares and wants to make a stand rather than the McD yes men

Not professional from Guthrie but having said that if I was him I'd be beyond angry, annoyed, dismayed and gobsmacked that anyone could consider Tabb and Leigertwood to be better than me despite the fact the team loses every game and both of them are woeful
Guthrie is clearly an idiot for being so unprofessional... but he should have been played because he is our most talented midfielder. What can we do?

Danny Guthrie is a disgrace IMO. Cannot blame the manager for a player refusing to travel.

Not supporting Guthrie refusing to travel - but he has been very poorly treated indeed. In Guthrie's position we'd all been tearing our hair out.
