Also, haven't Fulham won this the last few years or are generally finalists anyway so our showing this year has been pretty impressive esp. in beating the likes of Everton and ManU on the way. At least things look bright at that level. Wonder if any will be good enough to make the grade at - and I guess it has to be - Premiership level.

Fulham's side were a cut above, really. That's not to say we were bad though, they were just better!

I'm pleased with what I saw from our lot, despite the score line.

ZacNaloen Their No.5 looked about 25, HUGE

Uche and Cooper are big but still look young, this guy just looked fully grown.

That was Stephen Arthurworrey - http://www.fulhamfc.com/the-teams/u18s/ ... thurworrey

18 year old beast from Hackney. Going to be a very good player if he continues developing.

With the Academy since the age of 10, Stephen Arthurworrey has progressed and impressed at a rapid rate - and is without doubt one of the Club’s brightest prospects.

Despite his tender years, the centre-back already stands as an imposing figure - an element that has stood him in good stead when training with the First Team. So assured, Arthurworrey has impressed onlookers with his natural athleticism and cool composure.

Having missed the majority of last season as a result of injury, the youngster will be more determined than ever in making up for lost time. His exceptional reading of the game has generated much discussion, as has his effortless sweeping and ability to recover.

That was him, completely dominated Uche, which suggests something for how Uche would do against adults...

I agree with most of what has been said. Fulham deserved to win but both sides played well in an entertaining game. I liked their No 3 - small in stature but very quick and linked up with Dembele very well all game. He also kept our No 11 (who looked lively) in check. But we never looked like scoring. The Fulham defence was very organised and their team pressed us high up the pitch whereas we let them come at us. Shame about their second goal. Our defence stood still with their hands raised for offside and Dembele was given the freedom of our penalty area!!

That was awful, Hyam and Long just stopped, put their arms up and shouted offside whilst Dembele ran clean past them from about half a yard on to a straightforward one on one that Lincoln could do nothing about. Schoolboy - should have played to the whistle.

Good 'weighted pass' (hoof?) forward though.
