Maguire
It doesn't really matter - we'll win at Yeovil and you'll all forget about this.

Or there will be a meltdown...

We leaked goals for fun last season and nothing really has changed, we have needed new blood in, more than what we have got so far, but the same old problems of not investing in the side are still there. So many players we have been linked with have gone by the wayside and so the story continues, we are like a poor mans Arsenal, so much promise of player investment and nothing happens, this must clearly show that the "squad" is nowhere near as strong as we all think it is.

Man Friday Exactly. I'm sure our style of football is good so not sure why people are whinging.

Yes as long as we play good football, i'd happily get spanked every week. Especially by lower league sides.

Same here. Passing it around is what it's all about. Who gives a toss whether we score more than the opposition or whether we score any goals at all.

oxf*rd hell. I've blocked about 10 people tonight.
One more won't hurt.

LoyalRoyal22 At least this year we haven't chucked away a 4-0 over Arsenal

Agreed. Plus, Peterborough are far stronger than Arsenal.

You are blaming this hammering on Hammond? I am not his greatest fan but give him a break.

Even CMZ's propoganda machine has had enough of this!:

Reading FC ‏@ReadingFC 8m

CHANCE: Pogrebnyak completely misses a header from a cross, we are fortunate to win a corner.

Maguire It's funny how there are always way more pages on a match thread when Reading get thumped.

It doesn't really matter - we'll win at Yeovil and you'll all forget about this.

That's what they said about Peterborough.

DOYLERSAROYALER Dellor revelling in Readings plight .....as always ....

Isn't he just? Can't wait to revel in the misfortune. Gone right off him of late.

Yes Tim we all know you're Brian's man but get behind the team you cretin.

He's supposed to be neutral, it's his job to deliver an unbiased view. Why does he need to "get behind the team"?

It sounds like an awful display tonight, but listening to Dellor I'm unsure if it's quite as bad as he makes it sound because he does sound quite excited by the thought that Atkins side is having a mare and has already been going on about how nice guy McDermott had the better banter and more smiles around the squad.

I don't want him to be a neutral, and I don't want him to just be an unofficial mouthpiece for the club, but he could be a little more balanced and less gleeful here.
