Still a long way to go to beat this fella

Reading FC Steve Death held the record of 1,103 minutes without conceding a goal in English league football

we havent scored from open play in a while either. our last few goals have been penalties or from set pieces.

Yea that is worrying- let's hope there is truth in Billy Sharp signing......

Well, passing and movement not fluid enough. Too many going short or long. Better from Pog but still not brilliant. HRK a bit anonymous, McCleary threatening. Obita some good moments but otherwise a bit anonymous, not exactly his natural position.

Bar one or two right at the end, McCarthy's had a fair few saves to make, but all have been perfectly routine for him and bar Hughes shot he's not really been properly tested.

We're showing hints of threat but not delivering.

I'd like to see Tshibola on between 65 to 75 for Obita. Or ALF on for him and go 4-4-2.

Baird's not been quite on song, but is fitting in fairly well and looks a good signing.

All in all, given we've got no one on the pitch who's got much goal threat pedigree and an injury crisis, we're playing pretty well. Gunter has dropped two major clangers already. I'm growing to dislike him. TBH I'd rather Kelly right and Cummings left if Bridge is injured.

windermere_royal how do I get rid of the pesky pop ups?

Carefully. They're dodgey as all hell and constantly try to download stuff.

The only real alternative is to go to the game.

USA_Loyal_Royal mccarthy is an amazing keeper but his distribution is shit at times. if he got that sorted he could literally play for any of the top 4 clubs in the prem.

Good saves, commanding of his area & very good for oppo set pieces >>>>>>>>>>>>>distribution

He has looked a class act every game. I actually think his distribution has got better.

I had the adobe flash player settings one that I just couldn't remove when playing through Firefox. Switched to Chrome and completely popup free(after I clicked the the grey X on the first couple).

Doesn't get all of them. Stops the windows, but the ones that pop up as "part of the screen" are a bit trickier.

we've got to have something to cheer at the moment!

Anyway, seeing as we are not really scoring much at the moment, it is really good that we are not conceding. It keeps us in the game and if Alfie can nick one coming on as sub we stand a good chance of stealing a win. Keep that going until we can get the strike force situation sorted.

oh, i agree 100% its better, i think NA being a former keeper has helped him out immensely. most of the game he has kicked it out of bounds or forced one of our players to save it from going out of bounds, or passed it to one of their players. comparing last year to this year it is miles better though.

Ad-Aware antivirus is a great free anti virus that comes with adblocker as an extra works great for me as lately the chrome ad-blocker i was using seems to be a little outdated and kept letting some ads through
