Ian Royal Leeds response was quite funny. Look bemused and then sing "what the oxf*rd hell was that".

It's by far and away our most original song.

Except Brighton were singing the exact same thing last weekend.

Only bad thing about that match was McCarthy losing his clean sheet record. 3 points away from home, solid performance from a side missing a number of key players. Can't see anything other than positives from this match.

Pepe the Horseman Tbf to Blackman, he probably just forgot how to celebrate.

Agreed, this is our only original song...

Although, I did used to enjoy the Blind Date theme tune when Cilla was up in Madjeski's love box

The fact that someone copied it doesn't stop it being original.

First half we looked a bit shaky conceding possession to them too easily, although we had a few good spells. Second half, once we scored we looked a lot more confident but still at time incapable of winning the midfield battle. Still lots of positives, particularly that Pog has scored 2 and should be brimming with confidence now. My ratings:

McCarthy: 8 - a few very good saves and good coming off his line when he needed to ...
Gunter: 6 - shaky first half, but improved 2nd half - still prefer Kelly at RB
Kelly: 7 - steady eddy as always
Morrison: 7 - good game
Pearce: 7 - same, looking solid and getting better at passing the ball
Baird: 6 - did OK, but gave the ball away cheaply a bit too often
Guthrie: 6 - not one of his best game, was crowded out in centre a lot and also gave away ball too much
Obita: 5 - didn't really do much; one highlight was his free kick for first goal
HRK: 7 - good performance, set up third goal very nicely and put in great cross which McC should have put away
McCleary: 8 - our danger man in first half; should have scored just before Derby scored
Pog: 8 - two good goals; held up ball well and tried all game. Best game of his for a long time.

Subs:
Akpan: 6 - did OK after he came on
Cummings: ? - didn't really notice him
Blackman: 10 - great goal

Yeah, it's not like he's been jeered and had abuse at matches.

He has been jeered off a few times

They do all read this forum though. Remember Ian Harte's outburst a few years ago?

Hopefully this will put an end to the unjustified pog/blackman hating for a week at least.

Doubt it will especially re. Blackman - the Pog I think is a different matter.

Every single club will have fans slagging off players on a forum.

However leave it here & get behind them at the game. Really not that difficult a concept to grasp. I doubt he gives a crap about heat of the moment stuff posted here.

I bet he does give a crap about ironic jeering & abuse when on / being substituted though.

I thought we were quite a nice club in general but the last 2 seasons have really shown up quite a few fans that are cnuts. McAnuff, Leigertwood, Blackman, Pog to name a few all getting abuse.

We need to cut it out.

Delighted with that, especially who scored.

Pleased for both lads.

That sounds HILARIOUS! How do football fans come up with such fresh wit?

I didn't say it was particularly witty. I found their look of confusion the funniest. Mildly amusing.
