Eamonn Dolan - assuming he's in good health and up for it.

I'd like McDermott back. He did a great job for us in each of his Championship seasons and I think would find a pragmatic balance to get the best out of our squad. I think we've underachieved so far this season - we know McDermott can be successful at this level, is able to adapt a style of play to suit the players he has, and when on a good run is able to sustain that.

There was one main transfer window in the Championship when we gave McDermott particularly good financial backing and he got us promoted three months later. I'd back him to get the current squad into the top 6.

Whoever we get in needs to be a strong appointment though. We've now sacked our last 4 managers and are looking for our 4th manager in less than 3 years. I don't think that's generally going to lead to success.

I don't get the Pearson love tbh - his success wasn't purely down to him...he had some good staff behind him. They won't leave Leicester so basically Pearson will be on his own

Have RFC ever had a foreign (i.e. not from UK & Ireland) manager? Seems incredibly racist to me

Horses for courses.

We need a manager who knows how to get promoted from the championship. It's Warnock or Pearson.

And if you don't believe me, have a look at what Brighton are doing. Their squad is not great, but their manager has previous when it comes to getting out of this division at the right end.

My vote is for Pearson. Failing that, I'd take Parky which has been inexplicably not included as an option.

Would also take Coppell temporarily until end of season.

Warnock is the most vile, unlikeable, arrogant gobshite ever to be involved in football.

And he looks like some kind of weird troll.

Thankfully that would never, ever happen.
