Spot on. He's also slowly bringing the confidence back. The only man out there who could achieve that at Reading IMO.......because he cares.

Has Ady Williams really only just realised Reading struggle against teams at the bottom?

Looking forward to this. Cool stadium, in the arsehole of nowhere but then we're used to that.

Do you mean 'Tim Nice But Dim'?

Mick Gooding is normally more measured and supportive.

Both of em.

Gooding saying Dellor had given the ball away less.

Quite true because Dellor would never try to do anything adventurous/creative.

Vydra would help himself a lot in that regard if he didn't keep giving the ball away.

71% pass accuracy is not bad at all for a striker.

Averages 82% across all his appearances for us. 5th best for us out of those who've started more than a couple of games.

No, I mean the ones that keep giving the ball to the opposition.

now that he's being played in a position that plays to his strengths and where he doesn't get exposed and look like a little boy lost for 70 minutes, yes.

He's played well recently because he's being utilized properly and as someone who has been very critical of him, I take back a lot of my criticism

And that sometimes happens when he's trying to do something that will actually create a chance for us but at least he tries to do that, rather than playing boringly safe all of the time. Furthermore, it really shouldn't matter too much when the ball is at the opponents' end of the pitch.

Off topic... but you have to feel sorry for Charlton fans. 4-0 down before half-time.
