Somebody should keep an eye on Royal Jimmy this week. Genuinely think he might top himself.

Did the clown Pince really say that?! In what shape or form does that make him a great competitor and born winner?! That's just not the way winners think and talk.

Could we possibly have found a manager any more negative than him.

Seems every side at the bottom of the table has managed to win at least 1 game in the run in no matter against what odds except one. Least Sheffield United are top of the form table though Huddersfield are currently 7th on form over the last 10. Leave you all to speculate which club is bottom of the form table over the last 10 games.

Reading's last win though was at the end of February over Blackpool, one of only two league wins since somehow beating Swansea on Boxing Day. And as for the away form....

Our rivals have managed to pull out wins - often against teams who haven’t a lot to play for, where we’ve drawn them at best

Birmingham, Hull, Bristol, Luton, Burnley and Wigan (in reality) had nothing much to play for and we failed to win. Only game where something has really mattered to the opposition was Cov

Whereas Rotherham, qpr and Hudders have all won games against teams already on the beach to get them safe

Bit crap really

So... if we lose and Rotherham, QPR and Cardiff draw next weekend, we would have been relegated without the points deduction anyway.

Although I guess you could argue it will have affected perfomances/morale.

Royal_jimmy Well that's it. Huddersfield only need a point and our fate is sealed. Who's returning their Huddersfield tickets?

Is that what proper fans do? Return tickets because we're not winning?

Nah, thats a fairweather attitude. Proper fans don't get melodramatic because they've only known the good times.

Proper fans have an appreciation of where we've come from. Its the shit that makes the good times sweeter.

Pandoras Box If Boro had said ‘here’s the three points, we’ll stay at home’ they would have put in more effort than what’s been displayed on the field today.

Didn’t watch it, but 77% possession and 11 corners doesn’t seem like a team rolling over.

tidus_mi2 Yep, all our hopes now on 2 games, if Sheff Utd do us a favour, we just have to win away, which is totally an easy task for us. Guaranteed Sheffield United roll over and have their tummy tickled for Warnock.

The only thing you can say is that, if it does come down to the final game, absolutely everything that has been done before it becomes irrelevant, it's just a cup final and it rests on one game. Despite not winning away since November, all we'd have to do is just win a game of football and we'd be safe. Which, for how bad we've been, is quite remarkable.
yeah, and at least it isn’t being played at Wembley

Yep.

I am very sad about our probable relegation, but accept and look forward.

I’m sure they tried but lack the absolute desperation to try to get the result, which makes a big difference

Absolutely. Think back to our game against Preston - they wouldn't have been pushing too hard for that stoppage time winner had they not still been trying to get into the play-offs.

This could be the difference for Huddersfield against Sheffield United; Sheffield United's players aren't going to push in the same way the Huddersfield players will.
