Peterborough 3-0 up. Really don't want to be playing Sheffield Wednesday next season. I fancy us to finish above Posh more than the Owls

I think you're in for a shock at how hard L1 is.

4-0. Gutting for Wednesday after getting 96 points or whatever it was

Could possibly be the highest point tally to not earn promotion.

It will be yes.

Come on Bolton! Rather not go there either next year

Posh looked quality tonight. A young dynamic team full of pace. Wednesday didn’t get much luck but kind of reminded me of us in that they never looked like scoring and were generally second best all over the pitch.

Really hacked on their message board (as you’d expect) they want Moore gone - and if you heard his random cliche bingo interview with radio Sheffield afterward you’d agree!

Really want Wilder at Reading now as if there’d be two games that Reading would be fired up for next season….

But if Wednesday do turn it around (fairly certain though that no side has ever overturned a 4 goal deficit in a PO semi) then what a way to get to Wembley!

I’m sure they had a playoff when they all booked hotels in London for the final and then lost in semis. Maybe I’m making it up.

Are you sure it wasn't Leeds in 2019 when they won the first leg at Derby then got rinsed at home in the second leg?

They want to sack a manager who has just had a 96 point season? Bit harsh

No, I’m not. It could well have been.

To be fair, Sheffield Wednesday do suffer from Billy Big Bollox syndrome. I do remember in 2017 there being considerable expectation of a Wednesday - Fulham play off final.

I've always warmed to Wednesday more than United as a club but United fans are definitely considerably less up their own arses.

Didn't WBA sack Moore when they were 3rd or 4th or something stupid?

On the flip side, after 34 games Wednesday were 5 points clear of 3rd with 2 games in hand, so can understand why their fans may be a bit upset. Also expecting to lose a lot of players in the summer, so big rebuild job.

Well it’s fair to say Luton are a significantly better side than Sunderland, based on the first 25 min here
