Snowflake Royal Apparently Lyle Taylor gave away a penalty late on Tuesday that meant Cambridge went into the final day at risk of relegation, he hit back at (legit) criticism on social media (not heard any suggestion of racist abuse etc) and then walked out of the club on Wednesday.
What a wrong 'un.
He was certainly poor against us, absolutely shocking lack of effort.

Still remember in the 19/20 Covid affected season he refused to sign a 6 week extension at Charlton for the restart and their ultimately unsuccessful relegation fight. Exactly the sort of character you don't want at your club.

Stranded Seem to be some strong rumours about that Jonson Clarke-Harris will be signing from Mansfield.
Have absolutely no interest in us signing him esp as he is allegedly after big money but that could be seen as a bit of a "statement signing" from them if that is true.

Seems to be a typo, so for clarity he'd be signing for Mansfield (from Peterborough). Apparently for a two year deal, with Mansfield having an option of an additional year.
Seems to have had a relatively poor season - scoring nine (compared to 26 and 31 in his previous two League One seasons). Scored only three since Christmas (17 matches). He's 30 this summer, probably in decline.
I wouldn't want to sign him either, especially if he's on very high wages for League One (people talking about £10k p/w). Better options will be out there for less money.
