The EPL clubs continue to further detach themselves from the rest of the football pyramid in this country.
Expect Newcastle women with their resources to smash through the Championship and make it a hat trick of promotions. Hopefully we can strengthen with the takeover as it'll be a tough division.
We suffered this season because we lost so many experienced, good quality players. Fortunately the youngsters are now coming on strong, so if we can add a few experienced heads as well we should be able to more than hold our own, although with only one promotion spot up for grab each season it will be tough to get back to WSL1.
Nice to see Kelly Chambers tweeting to celebrate our survival and stating that the players/women's setup deserve so much better.
