Can't really compare between who's the best from Pauno, Ince and Selles because they've all had different circumstances to deal with. I'd say Ince played the most boring football, Pauno's zonal marking drove us crazy costing us soft goals and Selles took months to figure out 4-2-2-2 was losing us games. Selles is still here and may prove me wrong and be a good manager for us, I hope he does. He's helped turn a bit of a corner.
