Well that shows I'm just a more helpful and thoughtful guy than you. 8)

Lol, that literally tells us nothing. He might be going, or he might be staying. Watch this space.

If we are letting him stay that will be mean relegation, maybe this "project" of Dai's isn't as "close to his heart" as he's made us aware.

Club announce yet another sponsorship deal. Lets hope this is to fund the compensation package for Paunovic.

Don`t you just love football, if i was shit at my job i would be out the door with a boot print on my arse, but football managers that are bad have to be paid till the end of their contacts.

Why shouldn't clubs share the risk of managerial appointments?

And if you work for a proper company, then if you're shit at your job you'd be given an opportunity to improve performance through an appraisal process. You can only be sacked for misconduct.

Sounds like your place of work doesn't follow employment law then. Because from what I understand they'd need to demonstrate your poor performance with evidence, put you on an improvement plan with monitoring over a reasonable period and if that didn't bear fruit, then they could look at sacking you.

Normal jobs also let you quit if you want, to take another job.

It's the same for players, and I suspect that one reason why players haven't pushed for the right to quit after a notice period is that by doing so, clubs would have the right to get rid of them the same way.

Or just make the position redundant

That might be tricky for a football manager role
