Westwood52 I wonder if Pauno will try a few alternatives today.Hopefully Norwich will take things easily, and none of their lot will want a serious injury pre Prem start.Otherwise I fear the worst;as our lot are likely to be on the beach. As to alternatives I don’t see a lot of Academy lads banging on the door for a starting place.

Tell me, before their debuts, did you see Rinomhota, Richards, Olise, McIntyre or Holmes banging on the door?

I’m sure Olise was popping up with a few goals in the U23s when he was still eligible for U18s. Would have to go back through the academy thread to see though.

Probably the only one though, other than maybe Loader who didn’t transition well into first team action.

I may have just missed it, but don't remember there being much hype around Olise at all, he just turned up in the first team one day, and had the impact we all expected Loader to have.

I try to keep a passing eye on the Academy, though long gone are the days when I could name most of the U23 and U18 players from memory and tell you where they play. I'd never heard of Olise when he made his debut. I think I had at least heard of Rinomhota and McIntre first. Not sure on Richards, don't think Holmes.

Sensible giving Tetek a start today but not Southwood given the opposition. I really hope Southwood starts in our final game though.

Knocks I’m guessing certainly for Moore with Rino making way to give Tetek a game.

oxf*rd sake, I'll watch this and I'm sure I'll regret it when we're 2-0 down in 20 minutes.

It really is a lose - lose, either Norwich embarrass us or we put a storming performance in and the question will be "where the hell was that when we needed it?"

Surprised Laurent isn’t the nominated captain.

You’d be fuming if your match mattered at all.
