I say we should give it to Quinton Fortune.

Seems like a tough and wise chap.

Anyone who disagrees with me, is probably because you're basically racist.

When we had that great start last season just before Pauno got going who was running the team? Get him or her in there if they were up to it then.

Otherwise gotta be Ainsworth. I doubt he will want it though, he won’t want all the baggage.

Thought about that a couple of times, but he's part of the current set up and made a total tit of himself at Kiddie.

Starting to think that Pauno will be kept on until the end of the season, no matter what. I guess if we get thrashed tonight and he’s still here on Saturday we’ll know.

What be your definition of a “thrashing”? 0-2+?

As regards to Pauno’s replacement? Look no further than the Team Board posters.

I guess if we get beat by 3 + goals. I hope not as I have just travelled to the ground from Wootton Bassett.

I'd say a thrashing is more like 4+ clear goal lead. Or maybe 3+ if the final score is 5+ for the winner.

3-0 is comprehensive and 2-0 is just a good win.

But that's just me.

I guess that is more about how we lose the game than the actual scoreline imho.

Anything less than a 3-0 win will be unacceptable

Eddie Niedzwiecki was caretaker for one match, in the League Cup, against Colchester.

So I believe the person you are referring to is Veljko Paunovic.

So help me out with this. Again, genuine humble questions not a troll.

1- Is there any way Pauno can be sacked without having to pay out based on the insane results lately?

2- If not what is the likely payout going to be?

3- If high, and getting another man is also a big cost (eg Colin) would that be something we'd have to have approved by the EFL or is that a basic necessity?

4 - MY opinion is that even if it costs say £1.5mill to get rid of Pauno and say another £1mill up-front or whatever to bring in a new man and we then risk another 6 point deduction next season so be it - much rather have a good manager and 6 points off next season in the Champ than endure any more Paunovication surely. Is this how it would work?

Or possibly the ghost of Bowen

As a complete guess Pauno must be on what, £10-£20k pw? There’s no chance it would cost that much to pay up his contract.

If we appoint a manager who isn’t under contract why would we pay £1m upfront?

I don't know where I got the £1-1.5mill from. BBCRB? Here? Dunno.

Yes true if out of contract manager. But worse case scenario if we have to nick someone.

£20k a week is about £1m a year.

There's no way the manager should be at the top of our player wages. He was a nobody when we signed him. If he's on more than £12k we're idiots.

Get on the phone to Colin and offer him a deal until the end of the season with a big bonus if he keeps us up.

I remember reading somewhere Pauno gets paid £360k a year, so about £7k a week.

If that is true it would cost £150k to pay off his contract. Maybe another £100-120k for his backroom staff.

+10000000000

If we can't get Ainsworth, which obviously we can't.

The 6 points is for previous years' piss taking ... we'd likely get extra for doing it again.

So, 9? 12?

And would a relatively small offence (£2mill, say) for quite reasonable circumstances be dealt with harshly?

And would it come into play this season as an addition or next?

Even if so, worth it to me (only if next).
