Feel a bit for Michael Gilkes. The club's social media seemingly made him co-interim manager over the weekend yet he appears to have a very small role in actuality.

I couldn't believe that bloke is still there, he is just awful. It is like he just turns up each week and nobody has the heart to tell him to not bother. The whole matchday experience from an entertainment POV could be a lot better, the PA guy needs to be more of a natural entertainer and get the crowd involved. Go around the ground, get the supporters on the big screen, introduce some good clips on the big screen etc.
