Royal_jimmy It's just heartbreaking to see what's going with the running of the club and not good for mental health. Really need to make this protest big Saturday. Need to force change to save the club from the demise that stares us in the face.

Good luck at a meaningless friendly in July with 123 attendees

Royal_jimmy Knowing Dai he'll sell us to another crook

Russian crooks, Thai crooks, Chinese crooks. Seems like crooks are the only ones ever interested in buying this club.

Let's be honest, our fans are pathetic and weak and nothing will come of all of this

Like Club1871, it's another embarrassment

For all the belittling and sneering from people who don't have anything constructive to offer, this campaign is generating traction.

So we have:

No manager (officially)
A winding up order in place
Barely any established first team players
A missing owner
No kit

Are we still throwing socks against Sutton away or is there a plan to actually do something?

Maybe we should donate the socks to the club instead if we have no kit....

Lolz @ including no kit on the charge sheet! Surely that means we should have been taking our socks off every season since time began?!?

NathStPaul Oh lord.

Lets be real, we all knew it would end up going this way. Soft.

All efforts should have been put into the first league game of the season, doing things at PSF's have little or no impact.

The duality of Nath. So, which is it? No point doing anything or you want to go further?

Efforts are focused to first game. We are trying things in pre season as we listen to feedback.

I am not referring directly to Sutton, it was a general point relating to direct action. The wording does make it look like I wanted something done at the Sutton game which isn't the case, it should be disregarded and like you say efforts focussed on the first league game.

NathStPaul So we have:

No manager (officially) - some would argue both Pauno & Paul Ince were as good as no manager
A winding up order in place - had them before (as have other clubs) and nothing serious comes of them
Barely any established first team players - and this is different from this time last year?
A missing owner - nothing new there he's always missing for long periods
No kit - it's the close season, we won't see the new one until Peterborough.

Are we still throwing socks against Sutton away or is there a plan to actually do something?

That open letter to investors is one of the cringiest things I have ever read. Genuinely makes my skin crawl

These pcunts need to issue a disclaimer with every tweet/statement confirming theyre only speaking on behalf of a small band of dipshit w@nkers. Not the rest of us

I think it’s time to wind this fan protest up now and just get behind the owner, Bowen and Seles. Seles would not have been my choice but to be fair he does seem to be saying all the right things so we should give him a chance.

As for the ridiculous whinging on here about the lack of communication, we have to remember that Mr Dai has issues with getting money out of China which is arguably now in a financial crisis with dropping property prices and a very controlling Government. I would think he has to be pretty careful about what he says and what he does, which most likely explains the silence. I am sure we would all prefer our owner to be a Reading based billionaire, but they seem to be non existent.

Mr Dai’s best option is to trust Bowen and build the club back from the bottom up with free signings and loans and cut expenditure - which until proved otherwise is exactly what he does seem to be doing. All the time Bowen is in place I have hope that lessons have been learned and that there is some hope for the future.

Maybe he should have a word with the Russians who seem much more adept at ensuring their assets are scattered around the world where they can easily access them and others find it far more difficult.
