What does Ben Elliott have to do to start a game of football is this shambles of a team?

Hutchinson, Wing, Elliott in the middle on Saturday. Convinced you have three players there that cover all attributes needed of a centre midfield that has been walked through in virtually every game so far this season.

Hutchinson - experience, tackling, structure
Wing - vision, passing
Elliott - creativeness, tackling, reading of the game

Listening to this interview on BBCRB has made me feel even more convinced that Selles needs to go.

Going to be 3000 noisy pompey fans, lots of home fans will stay away, they are unbeaten in 23, what`s not to look forward to?

They'll be less than 3000 actually, they weren't allocated 3000 tickets.

PieEater After the capitulation at Charlton I left when the third went in and wondered is this rock bottom.

Roll on Fleetwood and we roll over in the first minute. I left at half time to avoid the inevitable loss.

I have to admit that I was tempted to leave early too but then decided to stay and endure it until the very miserable end. WTF were the last two substitutions about? Holding on for a point, only to lose all three Ince style?

Dellor asked the right questions, politely and made the point in a civilised way. Selles had nothing IMHO!

Only realistic thing I can think of, other than trying to hold on, is energy. Was surprised NGW lasted until the 85th minute tbh given how many mistakes he made, especially in the first half.

Bit of a managerial cliché is that though isn't it really? Basically saying he's sticking to his principles, like what most do.

Allocations mean nothing for the determined.
I would not be at all surprised if there were closer to 5000 of them dotted around the stadium on Saturday.

We may have found a buyer having been in a higher league

This.

Ian, your great reset never happened and now we’re in worse shit.

Just own the fact you were appallingly wrong and we can all move on. Downwards.

I never said anything was a certainty, you're deluded if you think anything would be better, and I said when Selles was appinted and Dai stopped paying the bills we'd already oxf*rd our chance of recovery up.

How about you pricks stop trying to point score, its pathetic.

Pathetic point scoring is what makes the board go round Ian. Just look at the Israel Palestine thread. We can pretend to hate point scoring but lbr we both love it really.

"Have you considered that that statement shows you as woefully unfit to manage and that perhaps you should broaden your oxf*rd horizons a bit you useless pcunt."

Is probably the most appropriate response to that statement.

SouthDownsRoyal If we had stayed up last year and stayed in the championship, this season we would have lost almost every game been an embarrassment and had points deducted

:?

Joking aside we all want the same thing we just all desperately need some hope as it’s just Groundhog Day everyday

Dai is killing the club :(

I agree

For the record I'm winning with the most points according to my unbiased tally.

And I have a question: we're calling this game a shambles. I'm concerned that we only ever call things shambles or omnishambles. We're better than that.

Where exactly do we think this game was on the shambles scale?

1) Megashambles

2) Omnishambles

3) Metashambles

4) Pseudoshambles

5) Multishambles

6) Macroshambles

7) Protoshambles

8 ) Quasishambles

9) Polyshambles

10) Supershambles

11) Ultrashambles

12) just a regular ordinary boring shambles

13) just a singular shamble?

14) other?

Thanks in advance.

Nothing especially wrong with those subs tbh. Actually played ok last 15 despite the goal. Carson put some decent balls in
