Millsy Will we ever play a crapper team than this. Oh a defensive change again.

That'll do it.

Said that about Fleetwood, Shrewsbury and Wycombe.

They’re all rubbish and we still can’t seem to beat them

Pretty impressive to end with those stats and not win

A shame not to win a game we've dominated but a point away from home is always good, have to beat Wigan next Saturday

FT. 1-1. No idea how they're 9th, but on league position alone a good result. 8 from 5 now. A win against Wigan and it's a genuine run of form.

Sutekh Still 23rd, 1 point behind Fleetwood in 22nd and 3 behind Carlisle. Exeter still 20th on 19 points, Burton 19th with 20 points.

Handily Cheltenham let goals in after 89 and 94 to lose 1-2, or we'd be bottom.

Not just a matter of points. Hopefully some psychological damage too.

On the plus side we can now roll our eyes and say we wouldn’t be in the relegation zone without the four points deducted. As someone who keeps being asked ‘What’s going on at Reading’ by not wholly sympathetic acquaintances, that’s a tangible bonus.

Carlisle let in a last minute equaliser too so only 1 point away from 21st ! But Exeter thankfully losing still gives some hope. Wish Reading could win a game though. Wigan next week (then Peterborough (now 2nd)) will be as difficult as it can get.

Have to beat Wigan really, they aren’t good. Have to start picking up 3 points in games regularly whilst we’re playing ok and not got injuries

It's something I've definitely noticed in this better run of form is that we have been playing a settled side during this time. Hopefully it means we can get out of and pull clear of the relegation zone and end up having a pretty mundane season.

No chance, he'll start fiddling about with team selection as there's so many games.

not starting a BFTG thread as I'm staying over in a B&B near the ground.

That was solid, almost good. A proper away day. We had one moment of real awfulness then broadly dominated the game but couldn't quite finish the job. Dorsett makes the defence stronger, I think Wing and Craig are our best midfield and Smith drags defenders around so Azeez, Knibbs, Mukairu, whoever can find the gaps.

I was behind goal, maybe 2/3 up stand and couldn't quite see why either of the first two disallowed goals was definitively not given. The first seemed like two players chasing down the loose ball, the second saw a player chase after the loose ball and the final touches playing them on and putting the ball over the line appeared to come off Lincoln players. The third, yes, handball. Not really disallowed, was it?

Anyway, a month ago, we might have lost that.

EDIT oh yeah SeLOLLOLes. I guess him kicking the ball in any manner is a straight red now?

OFF PITCH - Golden Eagle nice pint of ale, Millers Arms and The Shakespeare :| Best pub, micro as it was, Angel and Imp. Walked up to the Bomber Command memorial and museum, you could see the tower memorial from the away end. Slippery as but a fine view from the top. Lincoln's a bit bizarre, proper old town, even roman influences in places etc but the low town, south of the city centre feels about 50 miles more northern and much more coastal.

It's made a big difference. If TMac is nearly fit, I'm not sure he walks back in. But definitely a good bench option for Craig and Dorsett who seem to get subbed every game.

Would say 10 of the 11 pick themselves at the moment, just that left mid spot

It’s certainly a better position than chopping and changing massively each game. Think Selles subs recently haven’t been too hot though

Thought we played well and dominated. Lincoln were poor. Continuous signs of improvement. Onto the next.
