We raised £2,200. Platform took £101 in costs. So we ended with £2,099.

Flag cost £1796, then the difference was carriage, the designer (I used a professional), and one ticket to the game.

So a nice experience all round. Which I really hope will connect and make a feel good factor for the final game of the season!

We had to pay extra for the flag to be fire retardant, but the quality is fantastic!

Currently don't have a plan for the flag after use, but kinda hoping that if he stays we may get another use out of it at some point.

It folds up remarkably small too, and it liftable by one person. Ricky carried it on his own. I did offer, but he was straight in there!

We asked the staff a lot of questions related to everything you'd want to know about the club, and they were remarkably candid about the whole situation.

I'm significantly more optimistic about the sale now. I'd be a betting man that would think the owners they think it will be, will stabilize the club, aim for promotion and then sell again once we've grown in value. Rather than long term investors. They have experience doing such things. And as fans, that wouldn't be a bad thing.
