WestYorksRoyal
Sutekh 18th. 3 points clear of 19th and 7 points clear of 21st. Clubs below have games in hand but now all appear to be irrelevant because of the various points gap and the GD.

Next Northampton at home in 13 days time.

Who the fcuk knows what happens between now and then.

A stressful two weeks ahead - without a game….

Only three games between now and Good Friday

Burton Port Vale
Northampton Derby
Carlisle Stevenage

IDEALLY Derby win to firmly end Northampton's season, Burton Port Vale draw (away win also acceptable)

Ian won't be too happy his local lads got spanked. Only reason he wanted us to go down. He'll want us to go up once Cambridge drop into league 2

Really enjoyable game. Atmosphere top notch, players and crowd really up for it

Don’t think we played amazingly well and were lucky not to concede just after half time - but some great goals and did what we needed to do

Cambridge did crumble after they went 3-0 and had given us a reasonable game up to that point. After that it could have been 5 or 6

Defence played well generally, JP good in goal. Savage and Wing ran the midfield. Eliott a bit disappointing. Smith and Knibbs did what was needed

Anyway chuffed with that. If that doesn’t impress the potential new investor nothing will

Excellent win and performance, bar the first 15 after HT, but as has already been said, Cambridge had nothing to lose and were going to throw caution to the wind.

Azeez and Wing have scored some stunners this season, Kelvin tops the lot. Incredible goal. We’ve really been spoilt for goals this season.

Have you considered what it would be like if you tried growing up?

One of my favourite things from the highlights is that while the first 3 goals get normal cheers, Kelvin's is one of those gasping cheers as you hear the stadium say "what have I just seen?"

Ruben Selles Class act.
"Ruben on mentality

"It is not myself who keeps them focused, they have learnt themselves to keep focussed as a team. I am nothing related with that. It was a great expression of the character of the dressing room and the team is alive. That means the team has the life inside that is hard to beat. It’s not me, it’s them."

Really enjoyed that, very impressed with the atmosphere.

We look very dangerous and effective going forward. Cambridge definitely should have scored right after half time, three great chances. Apart from that they were made to look poor.

On the Cambridge chances at 2-0, great effort by Pereira. If it's 2-1 the game is totally different. How has Button kept him out so long?

I really enjoyed that one and I thought Savage had a really good game in midfield, he’s starting to look a decent midfielder. It was the most relaxed I been watching us for ages and the atmosphere was great.

A few mates who haven’t been for a couple of years loved it too and want to start going to more games. If we get the new owners and can convince our better players to stay and add some decent freebies in the summer we could be a top 6 side next season.

It’s starting to feel like years of shit could finally be coming to an end, but this is Dai so I can’t get my hopes up.

Yep, and second and third goals were exactly when we needed them.

Pereira has to stay first choice now

Only after watching the highlights did I realise how good that double save was

Also knew this at the time but Kelvins goal was something special.
