Green
Winston Biscuit Online petitions are one of the small things I hate in life

+1, designed for the social media generation to feel like they're doing something without doing something.

100% this. may as well just have a button that says 'do you want to pretend you really care about something but actually don't really care enough to do anything?'.

online petitions sum up much of the modern online world so perfectly.

Dai should have sold off Bearwood as soon as we were relegated, League one clubs simply cannot afford Cat 1 academies.
You cannot cover the costs by selling players coming through as players in this league don't normally sell for big sums unless they are really special.
This now brings the rest of the club into potentially a larger pool of buyers for a club that will be stuck in L1/L2 for a good few seasons yet.

This is another example of a decision I'd understand and respect were it being made by people I trusted. As ever, it's the way it's happening and the fact it's been led by Pang that is the problem.

MouldyRoyal Not sure what a change petition with a few thousand signatures is going to do

Really? I think it's absolutely certain what it'll do.

WestYorksRoyal I didn't realise yesterday morning that Dai has transferred Bearwood to another of his companies, so the proceeds are not going to the club.

Where has Bearwood been transferred to?

Dai, surprise surprise, has transferred it to himself.

You can't when he is nowhere to be seen. That moron hasn't probably been in the country for ages. He's probably got his passport confiscated for the dodginess in China.

The Village Idiot Pang on the other hand...

Easy to say sell but who to? A buyer has now made an approach but their not acceptable apparently. A £40 million facility has a very limited market appeal.

You'd imagine that part of the site will be redeveloped to cover much of the acquisition cost. This in itself requires further capital outlay.
