If we can get him on loan from Luton I’d like to see us sign Joe Taylor on loan next season.

No way he plays L1 in my opinion next season.

I imagine he'll in the Luton first team squad, assuming they get relegated.

Seems to be a lot of noise around Craig, coming from the charity box dippers.
Looks like he maybe out of contact soon, hoping we have an option. Excellent this season and lots of progress ahead.

He is out of contract in June, I think we are supposed to have an option, and we'd be mad not to try to retain him.

I'm not sure if we have an option on Craig, but he was at the U21 game on Saturday. You'd think that's a positive sign...

Johnson Clarke-Harris going on a free, lots of Twitter fans saying we should go for it.

Am I the only one who thinks "hell no"? He's a big name who if he doesn't go to the Championship, will go to the highest bidder and who may well smash our wage structure - should we really have anyone coming in and earning more than the likes of Wing, Knibbs and Smith who have proven that they deserve to be our higher earners? The sort of signing we should consign to the Dai era.

That being said, watch him sign for Birmingham or Wrexham and bang in 25 goals.

Yeah not the sort of player I’d want is to go for

Was on the bench a lot last year - was it injury or not favoured?

The latter - he nearly went to Bristol Rovers in Jan but the finances stopped it, so was used as an impact player really.

He will score goals for someone, but just don't think he is the right fit for us.

I can't remember what thread it was in, but his name came up.

He seems to be in decline, didn't play too much for Peterborough this season and he's 30 in the summer.

People have been talking about him being on £10k p/w - which is a massive red flag for me; there will be better options for us out there who'll not cost as much. What we should not do is destroy our wage structure immediately after getting it back under control (assuming it now is).

Agree with avoiding him. Would much rather have a younger player who's got the potential to develop in to a Championship player (or higher).

We only play one upfront. Unless we're going to change that, we have a first choice player. So we're effectively looking for a bench player whp can step in if needed.

He sounds too expensive for that. He's on the downward arc of performance.

It's a no from me.

He's 20 - so has another year of U21 football in him. Can see him getting a 1+1 year contract, with the extension dependent on him progressing towards the first team (playing well in EFL Trophy matches, etc.).
