Suspect a 1-1 draw - us scoring pretty late on. Maybe a set piece (after today) - Sidwell

Boro have been short on goals pre-season so there's every chance. A 1-0 win for us, don't care who scores.

I expect to get it wrong just like last season.

We will lose 2-1 to a last minute goal. Then go on a 33 match unbeaten run winning the title by late March.

2-1 middlesborough

Lita and Doyle both thrill, Borough just dont look like a tight ship yet, although no doubt they'll improve

Boro's pre season form is shite ... lost the lot, scored none and conceded 9 ... going for a Reading win, but just don't know by how many ! ...

4-0 Reading; (Kitson 2, Doyle, Sidwell)

We will blow them away 3-0 in the first half; they decide to go for damage limitation second half and we only add a 4th late on.

Most Boro fans to leave by 65th minute.

Could be right, you can still buy tickets for the game even if you have 0 royalty points  I know it's August but still!

Reading 3 Boro 0 - enough to send us top.

Harper
Convey
Lita

Followed by newspaper reports of 1 line, under "Sheff Utd bravely lose" headline, of how cr@p boro played....not how well we played.

If we can't sell out for our 1st Premiership game, pretty pointless expanding the stadium...

It's gone on general sale for our first ever Premiership game. All I ever read on here is about how unfair it is for people outside of Reading who have no loyalty points. Yet it goes on general sale!

H & P; you hear those "its SOOOOOOOO unfair!!" moans from people who want to see Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea and all the other big name clubs; teams like Boro (and you can add Wigan, Watford, Blackburn, Bolton and Fulham amongst others) aren't what these people want to see, hence the general sale for those games.

Pathetic isn't it?

Just phoned my mate who can't usually go to games due to working Saturday's, hes over the moon as he has the day off this weekend but didn't think he'd be able to go. He's off to the TO as I type.
