mydak
MattRFC I've met leroy several times when i've been out in Camberley, i've seen him in Envy and Pantiles(both nightclubs), everytime i've seen him i've spoken to him. yea hes slightly arrogant but wouldn't you be if you had been playin in league 1 two seasons ago then all of a sudden ur in the prem gettin paid about 20k a week! He always seems to have time to have a chat, i've personally got nothing bad to say about the lad when i've seen him out and about, altho he can be lazy on the pitch! too much champers maybe?? End of the day he is still only 21 u can't expect him to stay in everynight!

can he dance???

because i go out in southampton every so often with ricardo fuller, and whilst he is an excellent bloke for a night out, because he will get you in every where.. he can;t dance for shit

of wat i can remember he didn't actually dance! just stood at the side in the rnb/hip hop room with a couple of m8s, think one of them plays for brizzle. altho i did see him out with golbourne and few other reserve team players, they were doin some sort of weird dance taping their feet together, think its one of leroys celebrations from last season. i could be wrong tho!
And plus i saw him out side the club drunk with his shirt wrapped round his head! that made me piss myself with laughter couldn't get a video tho it was too dark! wat a shame

wehateoxford you want your strikers to be lary and aggressive though

Cantona, Henry, Wright

Henry, lary and aggressive? Don't make me laugh.

dont you go making me laugh spacey, he might not be kung fu kicking people in stands, but he's definatley motivated by a anger/passion, you see it in him all the time

Footballer arrested over attack

A Premiership footballer has been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm after he allegedly headbutted a man during a night out.
Reading striker Leroy Lita, 21, is being questioned by police in Bristol over the alleged attack in Haymarket, in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The England Under 21 striker signed for the Premiership side last summer from Bristol City for £1m.

He has been accused of leaving his alleged victim with a black eye.

An Avon and Somerset Police spokeswoman said: "A 21-year-old man from Reading voluntarily attended Trinity Road Police Station in Bristol at 8.30am today, where he was arrested on suspicion of GBH.

"His arrest follows the alleged assault of a 24-year-old man from Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol, in the early hours of Sunday morning in the Haymarket."

The Congo-born forward, who scored Reading's winner against Middlesbrough in the opening game of the season, is expected to be released on bail later.

Whether he did or didn't head butt someone, he's a twat for putting himself in these kinds of situations. You'd think he'd learn after getting glassed before.

Still not sure how this confirms that he doesn't try on the pitch though.

Rooney has been involved in scuffles in nightclubs before. Would you say he doesn't try on the football pitch?

Well no, not really. I didn't want him to get nicked in Bristol, I want him to be focussed and put his all into playing for us, as his all would be good enough and we would have a quality player. I believe this sort of thing makes the player the cock and not myself.

Footballers go out all the time, you can't stop them. And nobody knows the full details. If some muppet in a club went up to Leroy and started on him, then he deserved a black eye. Leroy has the right to defend himself like anyone else.

If, however, it was Leroy who started it, then he's going to have a problem. I can't imagine Coppell letting him get away with it twice.

But let's wait and see what happens before we start slating Leroy, only three games into a very difficult season for us.

You're right, 79Royal. Royalee, this is why you are a cock, you're making judgements before knowing the full facts.

All respect for him has gone now, just when Coppell and Co, should be on the phone trying to sort out some new signings, there on the phone no doubt trying to sort out Lita's Cr ap. Why does he bother going back to Bristol so often, he must have his own personal cell by now.

I actually thought this thread was a wind up to begin with

rant over, go get that mcloed from the dons
