I wonder if things would have been handled a bit differently if Kits had been fit.....

And here's to hoping he's never seen in Bristol again.

Because you can be sure every tom dick and harry will be reporting him the moment they see him.

I wonder whether the courts will let him off so lightly if convicted!

After what happened to the Bristol players, I would be sh*tting myself if I were him.

If found guilty, the court may feel that the opportunity to make an example of a Premiership player is too good to miss.

Glad to hear he will be playing. Now, don't you saddos (i.e. RoyalBlue) dare boo him.

Rather cryptic comment from Hammond on the OS the effect that the club aren't going to say a word more about this.

Do you have no mirrors in your crystal palace?

Why would I boo him when he is playing for the team I support? (and you don't have to be Chairman of the JM fan club to support RFC).

He's a pratt (Lita that is) but he's a good footballer and when he's playing for RFC he will have my support.

What else is there to say? Why do we need to know? And I guess they can't say too much because of the ongoing police investigation.

When you see the Man Utd fans giving Ronaldo even more support than normal after his World Cup antics, I think that we should give him a similar reception..... Maybe it will show him that he is actually respected here and doesn't need to be out nutting people in Bristol.

Lita is an idiot, but can score goals for Reading.

Or maybe he'll think that he can get away with acting like a complete idiot and jeapodise the clubs success without any negative consequences.

Almost certainly. I hope Leroy learns and fast. Otherwise he's on the slippery road to lower league football, and dreaming of what might have been!

Lita, time inside?

by windjammer » 04 Sep 2006 15:40

After the 3 Bristol City players were found guillty the other day after the nightclub punch-up last autumn they got week/months inside, depending on the individual. Leroy should be prepared when his case finally comes to court.

Good decision by Coppell, hope Lita doesnt get booed by some idiots in the crowd, can see him scoring a hat-trick against City.

Any odds on him getting stick from the Ciy fans and a few of their players and getting sent off?

That's what worries me.

Lita is a few bricks short IMHO

Er, we're playing Manchester City, not Bristol City, 17 Bus. Why would Man City fans give him stick, what's he done to them?

You are an idiot sometimes.

Let me see, professional player gets in the papers for getting in a fight and being arrested. I wonder what they could find to give him stick about. Who they support is irrelevant.

And any centre-half worth his salt will be in his ear all game, winding him up.

Who's said he's playing? I'll cheer him just as long as he puts some effort in on Monday.

As long as he puts some effort in? Well, that'd be rather splendid if he could manage it

Fact is, Coppell's hands are tied - Kitson injured, besides that the replacements are kids (Long, Cox etc.). For his irresponsible behaviour he'd fully deserve to be dropped..... fact is, we can't drop him because we have woefully few options up front - but then that is a different debate entirely.
