I agree on Mr Webb(3.49).He is currently 4th in rate the ref league with D`Urso(3.99) tops followed by Atkinson(3.89) and Robocop Bennett(3.68).Rennie(3.1) is currently midtable with Barry Knightmare(1.68) rock bottom and bringing up the rear.

The standard of football referees is abysmal. Compare with Rugby League, for example, where they are respected and get 95% of decisons right.
