Does anyone have the up-dated fair play league for the premiership?

we are def not top.

Liverpool are top i believe, with us and Villa not far behind.

If we finish 2nd to Liverpool, do we still go into the hat?

its the winner of the fairplay league in the fairest league that get into Europe that way. (IIRC) I can't see the premiership being the fairest of all the leagues somehow.

it probably will be because in all other leagues, for example Italy, yellow cards are given out for things that wouldnt even be fouls in England, hence many more card and according to the rules that makes the other leagues less fair

The 'table' just looks like a meaningless jumble of random numbers to me.

The "official" fair play league really is the biggest pile of objective bollocks going. The yellow and red card count by itself paints a far more realistic picture.
