I voted for Glen Little, honestly.

I just didn't think there was a single player this season that deserved to be called player of the year.

whoosh?

As If I'd vote for him, I'd vote Meaker before Hunt.

It should certainly have been Marcus. I know the old short-memory syndrome can be a factor and Hunt was excellent in the 1st part of the season, and I suppose Harper was okay some of the time, but for them to be voted ahead of our very consistent 'keeper is a bit of a travesty.

Actually it's not a travesty is it because nobody told people how to vote - but it did surprise / disappoint me.

This was a travesty!

How on earth did Marcus not win? Over the entire season he's been the only consistent component of the team.

Hunt the winner? You'd probably get a more realistic result in a presidential election in Zimbabwe.

Same, in all honesty no one deserves to be player of the season.

I wondered if maybe they got it backwards. Marcus first, then Harps, then Hunt.

Actually i do like Hunt. I voted for Harper. Scored a couple of important goals this season and, up until the recent matches, he run his nuts off for 90 minutes. Always back to defend, always forward to attack.
