Out of curiosity does anyone know if there have been any footballers for Reading who have openly displayed hard line left wing views (ie. openly admitted to being a member of the Socialists Workers Party or the Revolutionary Communist Party)?

It is surprising that considering our chairman is way right and our manager was a right-winger that the club has such a big problem in trying to sign one.
