Pablo 2-2

It's what happens when you have crap refs who don't apply the laws properly. SCunthorpe should have been playing with 10 players.

Full time.

Oh well it was always unlikely and I'm pleased for Scunthorpe because they deserve to stay up.

We may not have anything to play for but we'll keep on playing.

Now Dellor can't remember Reading throwing a 2-0 lead away under Mcdermott. How about Aston Villa Timbo.

Fair play to Scunny. Glad they're staying up. They sounded like they deserved at least a point. Lets be honest we'd have been loving 9/10th spot on 23rd Jan!

Why? This is a huge achievement for Scunthorpe. Lets not forget that pre-Madejski we would have been similarly happy. In fact I can remember such celebrations back in 1995/1996.

Fair enough!

At Christmas, I'd have been happy with 17th, :D

Good luck to Scunny too.

Yes it will be next season.
I'm not disappointed. This has been a fantastic recovery and next season looks very very promising.

It's all part of the experience for the team. This second half season is just a dress rehearsal for next year when we are challenging for the play offs at least. Still think automatic might be too big an ask but play offs definitely. Better than staring down the barrel at League One! What a turnaround.

I probably shouldn't be, but I'm gutted by that result.

You really shouldn't be - only complete nutjobs thought we still had a play-off chance. We may get to play Swindon next season as well. G'arn URZ!
