Bring Your Vuvuzela Day!

by It Is What It Is » 20 Jun 2010 16:32

Coming back from south africa this weekend i picked up a few of the little beasts, and i must say they sound much much better at a match than they do on the radio / TV, and isnt just the consistent buzz that they portray! They are actually quite 'Carnivally' to be honest in a large quantity! It would liven up the quiet moments during the match, and could drown out the awful current celebration music? May work to our advantage and pee off the away fans, and could get rid of those pesky school kids down near the drummer who screech throughout the whole game, random generic songs along with a silence afterwards as everyone is like what the hell. Then again it could just be annoying during the match if we don't score so they just started getting blown randomly...

Anyone near me blowing one of those oxf*rd things will be taking a trip to A&E at the Royals Berks to have it removed from their arse.

Borussia Dortmund - a fan friendly club who try hard with their match day 'experience' have banned them.

Well done BD - these things are a pain in the ear. It's just the sound of morons bellowing, the kinda folk who can't even grasp the words to Blue Army.

Just because something's new don't make it good.
