Dear All,

Olly is off with stress brought on by the barracking he's received on here every Thursday SO it falls to me to announce that Reading asst manager Kevin Dillon is Tim's special guest on the Royals Footy Phone in from 6 on Fri night.

All questions welcome, especially the ones about snakes on a plane and red or blue bounties.

BTW, always blue bounties for me !

Joel :D

Dill,

assuming you're sat in the studio and can see a monitor  - would you mind judging our lookalike competition please?

What do the players think about the atmosphere in the stadium this season?

Do the player's find goal celebration music, like Tom Hark, embarrassing or uplifting?

Would you throw your name into the hat for the role of manager in the unlikley event that Steve Coppell decided to leave manage England instead?

Which former players, apart from yourself, do you think could force their way into today's matchday squad if they were at their Reading best? (Suggestions - Linvoy Primus, Shaka Hislop) Don't feel you have to say Nicky Hammond just because he's Director of Finance!

Kevin,

I thought you were great in Platoon. What made you move into football?

How are Hunty and Sonko handling the death threats made following the Chelsea game?

There have been previous death threats made to Anders Frisk and Terje Hauge, also reported as being made by Chelsea fans. Do you think José Mourinho should shoulder some of the responsibility for creating the atmosphere leading to the issue of these death threats?

Who is the best manager you have worked under? Both as a coach and a player?

Hi Kev, hope all is well for you and Mrs Kev and any little Kevs.

......

Red or blue bounties (thanks Joel, we now know what to bribe you with in the future)

When you were a player who was the manager who most impressed you or from whom you learned most?

As a player you had a reputation for being a bit of hard man, do you think was this justified?

Along with Steve you have a one year deal, do find that as comfortable as Mr Coppell to work with?

If you found a Llama in your bedroom would you just ignore it and leave it for someone else to deal with or would immediately call the local Llama removal service?

What day to day aspects of training and management do you look after?

Can you give any cryptic hints as to players we're looking to sign in January?

What has impressed and disappointed you most about the Premiership so far this season?

How far away are Jon Hayes, James Henry and Alex Pearce from the first team (bench) as all have impressed in most reserve games I've seen.

Did you ever get to look into Jimmy Quinn's biscuit tin? If so what biscuits did he have have in there?

When does Steve Coppell announce the starting lineup to the players?

Do you expect to receive many calls from familly members wishing the team well before the Newcastle game?

Do you believe that IKEA is bigger than football, if so could Big John make more by allowing the Madstad to be sold to the Swedish Company?

Question for Kevin: you were undoubtedly the gobbiest, most argumentative, can't-stop-jabbering referee baiter I've ever seen play - how have you stopped the Reading players from following your deplorable example?

- During your spell as manager, did this give you a taste for more, or did the poor results scare you off management for good?

- How do you split the work with Wally, and did you feel a bit put out when he was appointed.?

Kevin, is it true that you once said - "Pompey are the best club I've played for and I also played for Newcastle, Birmingham and Reading. That's not just for football, but for everything, especially the fans"?

Taking not just football but everything, especially the fans what would your answer to the same question be today?
Clue: The answer is Reading F.C.
