They can be pretty slow, I have waited 24 hours for a response in the past without explanation for the delay.... but they've always gotten back in the end....

Yes, having spoken to and marked FAO one of the ticket office. The response included

'our apologies for the delay in responding to your email, we are currently receiving a large volume of emails daily'

I emailed BTB the other day to ask them to stop playing Tom Hark....no reply :roll:

Just got a response after several days - be patient - what do you expect!

Having said that the only downside was the response did not answer the question, so I have had to reply. So hopefully I should get an answer next week sometime

I called the club customer service last night and left a message, and got a call back at 9 this morning. Now that actually is service :shock:
