Royalphil My Dad died a couple of year's ago and we investigated scattering his ashes on his beloved Fratton Park. Pompey were very helpful with other ideas but it was a definate 'no' for the playing surface. I suggest it may be just the same at the Mad stad too.

Dirk Gently Time it right and you could spread the ashes into the structure for the stadium expansion.
Much better than being on the pitch which gets dug up every few years - this would be for good.

Squelchy2507 I was talking to someone in the East Stand at the last game of the season who had asked the club if he could spread his father's ashes on the pitch and the club refused.
Undeterred, however, he had taken the ashes to the game in a lightbulb box, went on the pitch after the game and did the deed anyway.
