Earlybird Season tickets - free ticket

by bubibe » 01 Dec 2009 17:40

Just received my free tickets (myself and 2 sons ) to use on Boxing day. Wondering how many season ticket holders took up this offer? Given that there are potentially thousands of these tickets can we expect to see boosted attendances for the next 3 home games?

Why the next 3 games? Surely most a lot of people will have used them by now. I have.

I don't have that many friends (cue responses of 'not surprised') and would like to keep those I have, so won't be taking advantage of this somewhat dubious value offer!

There's the half-price, bring a friend offer for the Derby game in February if anyone wants it... season ticket holders only, of course.

People tend to leave it until the last minute to use them.....

I used mine, and sampled the delights of Y26 for the Blackpool game.

I don't have a season ticket but both my parents and my brother do so I took advantage of their free tickets. When we went to the Ticket Office they had to ask us which person's free ticket I had used so I guess there's a slight chance you could fool them.

Someone will probably be ruder but Liverpool's not a league game and it's not this year, apart from that, probably

I believe the deadline for getting any tickets ended on 30th Nov to be used before the end of 2009

I just did this ten minutes ago so it's still available.

Incidentally, the front page of the official site has the wrong kick off time for tonight. How lame is that?

Says 8 now - someone reads HNA I guess !!

No idea what content the club control and what is done centrally, would have been interesting to look at som eother clubs with an 8 ko and see if they had all been set to 7.45.
